Interview with....Kim Guest from Prime Scratchcards

How long have you been working at Prime Scratchcards and what did you do previously?
I’ve been working at Prime Gaming for just over 18 months now. I promote all of our Prime brands but concentrate on Prime Scratchcards and Prime Casino. Before this I did a few different jobs; VIP support for poker, holiday rep and estate agent amongst them in several different countries.

Why do you enjoy working at Prime Scratchcards?
I love the brand and also love working with people. At Prime Scratchcards we really listen to all feedback we get so we can make sure that what we’re offering is what people actually want, in terms of the games we offer, promotions and the actual website. It’s great to work with so many people, building up relationships and helping them to best promote us.

Do you have any exciting hobbies outside of work?
I’m actually a Civilian Instructor with the Air Cadets – we’re the only branch in Cyprus where I’m based. Next week for example we’re having an Easter Camp for a week, where amongst other things we’ll be shooting, gliding, sailing and rock climbing. Apart from that I’m happy reading and watching DVD’s if I get any time!

What do you personally prefer playing; bingo, slots or scratchcards?
Online I prefer playing scratchcards, but once a week I also play bingo at our local social club. The biggest prize is 1000 euros, though the best I’ve done so far was a win of 175 euros.

Tell us about the new games at Prime Scratchcards?
At the moment we’re launching at least 2 new games a month, although the other week we launched 2 on the same day. We try to do a mixture of games to keep everyone happy. Recently we’ve launched a couple of 5 line slots games, although Esmeralda, the latest game, is a game where you have to match up the top and bottom half of the friendly witch to be a winner!
