Interview with....Lee Knott from ChitChat Bingo

How long have you been working at ChitChat Bingo and what did you do previously?
I’ve been working at ChitChat Bingo for a year. Prior to that, I worked for another gaming brand within the industry.

Why do you enjoy working at ChitChat Bingo?
One of the main reasons I enjoy working at ChitChat Bingo I would say is because of the people. Like Josie who is our VIP Manager, you couldn’t meet a nicer person. I have also enjoyed the re-launch of our brand which has coincided to moving onto the Boss Bingo Software which is a much bigger network of players meaning more players and bigger prizes!

Tell us about the redesign of ChitChat Bingo?
The redesign is a result of asking what the players wanted from our site. Some of the new features we offer include a far easier timetable to navigate around, and a “What’s on now” section which informs you of the highlights for the week. The main aim was to make it fun and bring it into this decade!

What are you most excited about with the relaunch of ChitChat Bingo?
Apart from some of the cool new features on the site the fact we have now doubled the players in the room by merging our UK and Euro rooms. More player’s means bigger prize pots in all of our 4 bingo rooms. We are also now offer £5K guaranteed every Thursday. That’s not all, we will also be merging our Danish and Swedish players into the rooms soon meaning even bigger prizes!
We are also recruiting more and more players to our new look Facebook site where we have prizes and competitions for these members.

Tell us about the forthcoming television advertisement campaign?
We are currently sponsoring Challenge TV and will be going live on National TV in May and the campaign is themed around the fact ChitChat Bingo has got everyone talking.

Will current ChitChat Bingo players automatically have their bonuses and bingo money carried over to the new site? Will they need new logins and passwords?
The ChitChat Bingo Re-launch still currently sits on the same software so the players log in as normal , so everything from the player account perspective stays the same.

What will the revamp mean for promotions at ChitChat Bingo?
As mentioned before the number of players now playing in the room mean the pots will naturally be bigger. In terms of promotions for the launch alone ChitChat Bingo is giving away Pandora bracelets and £1500 worth of holiday vouchers!

We are all really excited about the relaunch, how long do we have to wait now?
