Interview with....Paul Archer from Virtue Fusion

How long have you been working at Virtue Fusion and what did you do previously?
I started as the Affiliate manager at Virtue Affiliates, a specialist bingo network for operators which use the Virtue Fusion software platform, in July 2009. Since then the network has grown and developed; now the network accepts operators that that operate on software other to the Virtue Fusion software.

Previous to this I have worked in a number of marketing and affiliate roles across a number of Gaming verticals; including casino, sports book and now bingo; a couple of these were while I studied at university. In addition to this I worked with a number of clubs around London promoting student nights and assisting in the management of the nights themselves.

Why do you enjoy working at Virtue Fusion?
Virtue Fusion is one of the world's leading developers of internet bingo products and as such I am able to work in a company that not only consist of some of the most talented, dynamic and exuberant people in the industry but also am provided with the opportunity to work with some of the world's best known brands.

Do you have any exciting hobbies outside of work?
In addition to my love of socialising with some of my close friends I have a keen interest in music. In my spare time I am a DJ and spend time producing and developing music of my own. I love to travel and so when time and money permits I try to visit new places and meet new people across the globe. I love to watch and play football when I can and currently I am training in Muay Thai Kickboxing.

What do you personally prefer playing; bingo, slots or scratchcards?
These are all great games to play and I can see why they appeal to people. I love the sense of community that you get with online bingo; however you are most likely to find me watching the reels spin in my favourite slots game.

How did you feel when Virtue Fusion was awarded with the Best Bingo Software award 2009 at the Annual Online Bingo Summit?

When Virtue Fusion was awarded this accolade I had only just started my role here. At the time, it filled me with confidence in the company I was working for and I was proud to be a part of an award winning company. Since then I have seen the hard work and dedication that is put in by the staff and I think it is great that they have been rewarded for their hard work.

The Clover Rollover progressive jackpot currently stands at £1.8Million and is still growing, if you were a player and won what would you spend it on?
I think my first major purchase would be a nice new apartment somewhere in London for me to move into. There would also be a number of less responsible expenditures like throwing a big party to celebrate.

It is important to support those that need it and with such a life changing sum of money I would want to make a difference by donating to a handful of charities.
