Bingo News: Better Bingo Network up for two EGaming Review Awards
Newcastle Marketing Services Ltd is in the running for not one but two EGaming Review Awards which will take place on 24th November in London. The EGaming Awards (EGR) are now in their sixth year and recognise the top achievers in the world of online gaming.
The first award Newcastle Marketing Services have been nominated for is the Innovation award as well as the Customer Relations operator of the Year award. This company launched back in 2005 and has a large client base operating branded bingo sites as well as branded sites for 11 different companies including Endemol and Oxfordshire Press.
Newcastle Marketing Services (NMS) runs their own network of online bingo sites operating under the Better Bingo Network. All of these sites utilise the Virtue Fusion software and boast some of the best side games around as well as large progressive jackpots.
NMS are renowned for their innovative online gaming products with their latest offering Bingo Studio Live making it to the Innovation Award category. This room launched on the Better Bingo Network in March of this year and offered its services between 6pm and Midnight but due to its popularity the opening hours were swiftly increased to Midday to Midnight in September. The Bingo Studio Live Room is now the second highest BBN room which has been determined by player stakes and player numbers.
Bingo Studio Live is presented by a team of seven presenters who work shifts providing hours of entertainment as well as scheduled bingo games. Sharon Colligan the Manager of Bingo Studio Live said: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted alongside some of the most prestigious names in the industry. It’s a real testament to the hard work and dedication of the team who have brought Bingo Studio Live to life."
NMS second award nomination is for the Customer Relations Operator of the Year Award which is given to the company who prove their customers are highly valued. Newcastle Marketing Services display a very good Customer Support service to all of their players on each of the sites they run. Players enjoy the highest level of customer service possible which is key to retaining custom.
The company will be up against a number of well respected names in the industry and will have to wait until 24th November to see the outcome of the awards but in previous years they have cleaned up with Crown Bigno voted third best Internet Bingo Site in the 2007 Which Bingo awards and they received a special mention in EGR’s Bingo Operator of the Year category.
