Partygaming Plc have just posted a full year profit as their casino and bingo game revenue increased. Net income was 38.9 million Euros/ 9 cents per share compared to their previous year's loss of 18.5 million Euros/4.5 cents per share. Sales have risen 15% to 357.3 million Euros.

PartyGaming who plan to acquire Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG will be renamed Bwin.party Digital Entertainment Plc once the deal is finalised at the end of March. This should make it easier to enter the European markets as the legalise gambling online. PartyGaming had been attempting to add more bingo and casino based business as poker has suffered due to companies still accepting US bets.

PartyGaming is confident that it can meet targets of post merger savings of 55 million Euros by 2013 or so Jim Ryan the chief Executive Officer said. The company spent close to 25 million Euros entering the new French and Italian markets. Denmark will probably allow web gambling towards the end of the year followed by Spain, Greece, Germany and the Netherlands.

Poker revenue has fallen 8% to 125.9 million Euros but PartyGaming hope to prevent any further decline by the end of 2011. Incentives were boosted 25% to retain customers on site.

Casino sales have risen 11% to 151.4 million Euros and bingo exceeded double yo 52.5 million Euros as stated on the statement.
