A new deal has just been signed, which will see Microgaming providing British bookmaker Ladbrokes with their online casino and poker software for their Spanish and Danish sites.

The Spanish and Danish Ladbrokes sites are expected to go live in January 2012 after the company acquires it's first license in these markets. Both sites will offer customers the chance to play flash based and downloadable casino games.

“We have had a long and successful relationship with Ladbrokes and are delighted to be entering these two exciting markets with it. Once granted a licence, Ladbrokes will be able to offer the most competitive range of products.” said Head of Business Development for Microgaming, Andy Clucas.

Both the Danish and Spanish versions of the Ladbrokes site will offer Microgaming's poker software, meaning players in Denmark and Spain will benefit from the World's most cutting edge poker software as well as games and tournaments.

“We have a strong relationship with Microgaming and our players have always reacted well to its products,” said Corporate and Strategic Development Director for Ladbrokes, Adam Greenblatt.

“We are pleased to be working with it as we target new licences in Spain and Denmark, which are markets familiar to Ladbrokes already.”
