Bingo News: Virtue Fusion launches new customer retention tools
On 1st March it was announced that Playtech's Virtue Fusion who are the World's top develop and licensor of online bingo products, will be improving their customer retention product portfolio by adding some new loyalty incentives for their online bingo players.
A loyalty points system should encourage players to play bingo on their sites as they will be rewarded for their custom. These rewards will be paid as either bonus or cash and some operators may even have shops offering tickets to concerts and sporting events and perhaps even shopping vouchers. There will be a tiered structure so that the more loyal players will have access to the better gifts.
Virtue Fusion has been very busy and has also managed to create a new free tickets facility. Players will be able gain free entry into bingo games which will be crucial to the promotion of new rooms and games.
There will be an extended bonus system which has wagering requirements attached, this should provide better benefits whilst allowing operators to keep an eye on their bonus liability whilst ensuring players are putting their winnings derived form bonus stakes, back into the system.
Rewards will be rolled out across the Virtue Fusion network which currently operates in 12 languages and in 7 currencies.
