Amuso offers its members online bingo and trivia combined to give you a unique bingo experience using unique software. The site certainly looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun so let’s finds out.

There is no download to play bingo at Amuso which is always a bonus but you will have to complete registration in order to play. Signing up is pretty easy, you need to choose n On Screen Name and password and provide some personal info as well as uploading a photo, if you’re camera shy don’t worry there’s a selection of avatars you can use instead, including Pamela Anderson and 80‘s alien Alf. Once you’ve completed registration you will receive a confirmation email and shortly after that you should find a free £5 no deposit required in your account to give you a little taste of the site before you get your purse out.

Funding options at Amuso include Ukash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Paysafecard. First deposit will be matched 100% up to £100 so you get double your money which is never a bad thing.
The lobby gives you access to both the 75 and 90 ball rooms as well as the exclusive Weakest Link Game Show Game. You can see the ticket price, jackpot, players in the room and when the next game is due to start so all the useful game info you need is accessible before you enter the room. There’s not the greatest selection of games but Amuso do redeem themselves with the fantastic Weakest Link Game which puts an interesting twist on your normal bingo game.

Once inside the bingo room you will find more of the same blue and cerise shades that seem to be the colour scheme of the site. Again, game info such as total pot, ticket price and players in the room are all visible. You can even see your balance at a glance which is handy. The Chat Host was welcoming and seemed to be having a laugh with the other roomies who all seemed a friendly bunch. The caller was an American lady, I have to say the pace and tone of her voice was a little annoying but you can always mute her. You can also fiddle with the colour settings and dauber if you like to customise your bingo screen. You can play mini games alongside bingo if you find you get a bit bored, which is likely. The games can be sorted my most popular or alphabetically and to be honest it’s not immediately obvious what type of games there are though there’s definitely slot games as they have their own header.

Amuso offer support between 10am and 2am seven days a week, you can contact their team via email, Skype or phone and they always aim to respond within 24 hours which isn’t too bad.

Promotions wise Amuso has a handful of daily offers from BOGOFs to Free Bingo and games like the Big Share and Treasure Trove where there’s a Guaranteed pot which is shared with all roomies when the jackpot is won. The running theme seems to be that Amuso give their players more chances to win and we can’t argue with that.
There’s a distinct lack of Loyalty Program and no details on a future Refer a Friend Scheme so we’ll have to assume that for now Amuso won’t be offering either of these programs. It’s a bit disappointing as I’m not sure there’s enough of a choice where it comes to games or big enough jackpots to keep people coming back.
The Profile page is a bit of fun where you can add a status, upload a profile pic and offer up a little info about yourself. Think Facebook but nowhere near as detailed or interesting.

Overall Amuso is an OK site, if you fancy a change from your run-of-the-mill bingo sites then it’s a refreshing change but it just hasn’t got the wow factor. It’s saving grace is the Weakest Link Game and even then too much of one game can get tedious so we’re not sure you’ll be making a lifelong commitment to the site anytime soon but by all means sign up, play through your free £5 and see what you think. You’ve nothing to lose and you might like the site but somehow we don’t think it’s going to be up there with the big names in the foreseeable future.
