Bingo Chest Review
Bingo Chest is one of the newest bingo sites and is powered by Virtue Fusion software. Virtue Fusion power some of the biggest bingo brands around so you know you will get a good game of bingo. Bingo Chest was launched in December 2008 but only time will tell if this new bingo site will sustain a place in the online bingo market.
Registration is quick and simple, just choose a user name and off you go. The homepage features a simple design with a pirate theme as with the rest of the site, navigation is simple and everything you need can be found there.
Bingo cards start at a very reasonable 2p each and there are currently five bingo rooms to choose from. You can play online bingo in The Castle, The Boudoir, The Courtyard or The Chest bingo room which are all themed around the Pirate nature of the site. There is 75 ball bingo, 90 ball bingo, 90 ball speed bingo and Pattern ball bingo so Bingo Chest does supply all of the favourites.
In the lobby at Bingo Chest you can see exactly what is going on in all the bingo rooms including jackpots on offer, number of players and times of games. You can also pre-buy bingo cards from this area of the site so if a particular game takes your fancy and you know you will not be around for it then this solves the problem as your cards will be automatically played for you.
Chat rooms seem to be very friendly and there is a useful feature that you can use to send a number of different symbols including smilies and WTG. The CH welcomed me into the room too and was available to help if it was needed.
Bingo Chest also offers a good selection of side games which include slots, casino and scratch cards. You can even play the side games while you are playing bingo which can be good especially if you are waiting for the next game to begin.
I couldn't find anything in the way of promotions other than a prize draw for a luxury Caribbean holiday which is disappointing.
Bingo Chest doesn't really offer anything new from any of the other bingo sites that run on the same platform other than the pirate theme. The lack of promotions and good jackpots is off putting in my opinion and I also think that it is also unfortunate that there is no free bingo bonus so that players can try the site out before spending any money. Overall Bingo Chest is a perfectly reasonable bingo site with good software, however there are better bingo sites around that offer players a much better deal in the way of promotions and deposit bonuses.
