You can trade your points for bonus into your account once you've saved a few.

This bingo site looks very promising, I can't find any down sides to playing there, there's plenty of choice when it comes to games, prices are reasonable and prizes are generous. There's a good selection of promotions and a loyalty scheme to keep players happy and the support staff and Chat Hosts are a friendly bunch. It might be nice to see some free money when you join but this is not essential as you won't resent spending £10 to try the site, especially as you can claim 200% bonus on all deposits within the first 48 hours.
