Giggle Bingo Review

Giggle Bingo may have a frivolous-sounding name, but the software behind it is deadly serious. It’s powered by Microgaming – the biggest online casino games manufacturer around, so the operators of this site can confidently offer a state-of-the-art product.

Microgaming do try to get players to download their casino if at all possible, so we thought they’d try and get us to download Giggle as well – though thankfully they didn’t. It all worked perfectly in the three different browsers we tried, though look out for the play for fun/ real money option screen as it popped up independently from the game rooms and had to be activated before we could enter. Nonetheless, we appreciated the ease with which we could access practice play as many sites won’t allow it or make it hard to reach.

Of all the bingo sites we’ve seen, Giggle let you deposit and withdraw using more methods than anyone else. More importantly they’ll tell you which methods can be used for withdrawal as well as deposits, all in an easy-to-find screen one click away from the main lobby. They will accept over 45 methods of payment including all major debit/credit cards, e-wallets and prepaid cards. The games can’t really be faulted: OK, so there are no 80 ball or 30 ball games, but not many people seem to want those. There are five rooms offering networked and non-networked 75 and 90 ball games, plus a speed bingo 90 ball room. Games take place every few minutes, and each room comes with its own look and feel, based on some contemporary, highly-effective themes that are every bit as impressive as the lobby. Generally speaking, though, the appearance is top-notch with neat, graded pastel shades used and an unobtrusive chat room with links to some of the best slot games you’ll find on a bingo site.

Customer support at Giggle is, bizarrely, not made clear when you click on the ‘Support’ tab: You’ll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and find the 24 hour chat link and phone number, but they are there, which is the main thing. The Support tab only takes you to the FAQs, with the operators presumably hoping you’ll find your answer there first and not have to contact them.

Promotionally there is, as you’d expect, plenty going on: There’s a free £5 gift with no deposit needed, 200% welcome bonus up to £100, reload bonuses and an unusual Beginner’s Luck game where you can win your initial deposit back in full.

This is hands down one of the best bingo sites out there. It’s attractively-presented and will appeal to all players of both sexes, offers some unique ideas, games and promos, has the best selection of slots and table games of any bingo site and much, much more. Nowhere, else, for example, offers a community page explaining all the slang terms used in bingo, introducing all the chat hosts with photos or running their own newsletter – which sums up the site nicely: Not only is it well designed, but the operators genuinely seem to care about their players. In a world stuffed with white label sites that clearly function as nothing more than cash cows, that’s a refreshing thing to see…
