Gina Bingo Review

Gina Bingo is, as the name suggests, unashamedly girly with probably the pinkest colour scheme you’ll ever see on a bingo site. Despite this it’s actually very functional and comes with plenty of decent slots, casino table games and even videopoker - so chaps shouldn’t be put off by the colour scheme.

This site worked well in all three of the browsers we tried and is easy to find your way around, with a handy magazine-style format that really suited the overall feel taking you to the hottest promotions, featured games and the signup page.  As soon as you sign up you get a free £10 no deposit bonus to try the site, this is followed by 350% welcome bonus on first deposits and up to 250% on your reloads.

There are tabs to preview all games and there’s even a news section as well, so everything’s covered – well, almost:

What we couldn’t find, strangely, was any kind of banking section at all, so we can’t comment on withdrawals…

As regards the bingo, firstly hats off to Gina for including 30 and 80 ball games along with the usual 75 and 90 ball options: There are 10 rooms in total, 4 of which are free and they’re all open 24 hour a day with games every few minutes. Tickets cost from 1p to 10p and jackpot levels are displayed in the lobby along with the number of players in each room, making for easy navigation.

The rooms are stylishly decked out, with the best use of space we’ve ever seen on a bingo site: Whilst there are the inevitable links to side games they don’ take up much space at all, with the bingo itself given preference – just as it should be. The American caller may not be to everybody’s taste, and he sounded more like a synthesized voice than a human, but otherwise it’s a really impressive layout and an enjoyable place to play.

The side games are particularly good: There are classic pub fruitie games along with more contemporary-style slots and even progressive jackpot games. There are over 20 instant win games along with Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker plus classic videopoker formats like Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better.

Customer support at Gina is via live chat or use of an email form – no phone number was supplied. There is also a separate Help tab, which gives you a full rundown on how to play every bingo and side game with detailed rules, screen dumps, glossaries and more. It’s a great facility and they should draw more attention to it.

The promotions here are the best we’ve seen on any bingo site: At the time of writing there were 15 different schemes running: Firstly there’s a free £10 on offer before you even make a deposit, with a 350% first deposit bonus. Then there’s a free£20 to be won daily on the Free Bonus Wheel, reload bonuses of up to 250%, the Bingo World Championship, refer-a-friend scheme, points race and much more. For an extra girly treat, you can even play to win a Mamma Mia-themed prize, with a trip to Skiathos staying at the five star Aegean Suites Hotel with flights included, so there’s endless reasons to come here and play if you even need persuading.

Strangely, Gina’s loyalty scheme details seem to have disappeared. The scheme has previously been thought of as one of the best in the business, but we couldn’t see any reference to it. That didn’t bother us much as loyalty schemes tend not to reward players unless they devote an unfeasible amount of time to playing, but nonetheless it seems odd that it’s gone.

Maybe it was costing them too much, but its apparent demise shouldn’t deter you from coming to this excellent site.
Gina Bingo really does get better the more you look into it: Initially it seems like candyfloss, even when compared to the multitude of other highly effeminate bingo sites out there - though interestingly it does have plenty of bite and ticks all the right boxes. Its games will appeal to hairdressers and hod-carriers alike; though we can’t imagine many men admitting to anyone that they play here, it will no doubt provide guilty pleasure for thousands...
