This is by far the worst site I've been to. But when I found it I was so ecstatic. I was flushed with pride and patriotism, and still am. No stupid site can take that from me. I was no doubt drawn to their no deposit code and the name USA Bingo, America's favorite site it states. So I of course signed on anxiously, and then once registration was complete and I was diverted to to the site's game page I see a "this acct is not eligible for a payout" the first slap in the face. I can't stand when a casino site does this to me, other's may feel the same way I'm sure. I mean, you give them your personal information and then they slap you in the face with that. So I decided to give the site a try and I deposited, big mistake. With all their detailed information on every game play they still couldn't or wouldn't, should I say, credit me accourdingly for a bonus round mistake. I found this site's customer service horrendous in the way it addressed and worded it's statements to me regarding my adimant dispute. Because who should know when something went wrong? The person who's into the game, staring it straight on with anticipation and hopes of winning or someone who "reviews" informaiton from a system that may be faulty? I know I was right and they were wrong or just reluctant to credit me accordingly.
