The Bingo lingo is really basic, the caller just announces the number and she has the kind of voice you would expect an answer phone to have! The pace was fairly slow but that could have just been because of the dull way the numbers are called. Whilst you are playing Bingo you can also play various mini games and there is a friendly chat room featured in the Bingo rooms. All the other Bingo players in the chat room were welcoming and friendly.

If you need help at any stage you can click on the Help Desk tab and fill out a support ticket and can expect a response within 24 hours. Alternatively you can read the FAQs which are pretty comprehensive but there are not as many help options as most online bingo sites offer.

You can collect loyalty points every time you play, £1 is equal to 1 point in bingo and for the slots you earn a point for every £4 spent.

This site is easy to navigate around and there is a good selection of games on top of the bingo games but this is a very basic site and it's not overly exciting within the actual bingo rooms which is fine if you just want to get on with it but it all seems a little bland. I would have liked better help options too as email and FAQs will not always solve your problem very quickly if you're in a hurry. All in all this didn't really have the 'wow'factor which would be expected from its name!
