New Bingo Sites for April 2012

By Dani Lee - April 13 2012

This month sees the launch of two brand new but very different bingo websites.

Golden Pound Bingo (New)
Golden Pound Bingo (New) – Play Now

The first is Golden Pound Bingo, a circus themed site on the Dragonfish network. The site is owned by Cassava Enterprises and is amongst over 60 sites on the Dragonfish network so it's safe to assume there will be similarities between this and the many other sites on the network. Golden Pound Bingo has a red and yellow theme with the odd elephant thrown in for good measure. Looks aside, once you've explored the site a little, you will see right away that it's very much a typical Dragonfish site. There's no free money when you join but you do get the opportunity to play free bingo funded or not, thanks to the £6000 Free 4 All promotion. The majority of sites on the network offers this in place of the old offer of a free £1 or 10 bingo cards when you joined. You will receive 150% welcome bonus when you make a first deposit of £10 to £100 so deposit £10 and you'll get an extra £15 free.

Players can indulge in both 75 and 90 ball bingo, slots, keno, roulette and scratch-cards. Tickets cost peanuts, well almost, starting at just 2p, and there's plenty of decent jackpots to play for including £100 Guaranteed games during the week and 2 x £1 Million Coverall games each week. Promotions are plentiful and there's £1500 in new weekend offers each week, these are emailed direct to your inbox which is handy but sadly there's nothing unique here as the promotions, like the games are the same rolled out across the network.

Anyway, moving onto the second of April's new bingo sites and we have a more optimistic looking site in Comfy Bingo. This site has literally just launched using Cozy Games software and belongs to the Live Bingo Network, home to Bobs Bingo, Bingo Bytes, Landmark Bingo and Ready, Set, Bingo.

This particular site sweeps you off your feet the minute you hit the homepage, starting you off with a free £15 no deposit bonus to try out the site and then swiftly following up with 750% in welcome bonuses. There's 200% bonus on your first deposit, 250% on your second and 300% on your third, which seems very generous.

Comfy Bingo has a very impressive selection of games including 90, 80, 75 and 30 ball bingo as well as slots, keno, roulette and scratch-cards. You can play bingo from just 1p and there's regular offers on tickets such as Buy 5 Get 2 Free and there's even the odd Free Bingo game. From the looks of it there's ongoing tourneys and 20% cash back for Slots players, so there's something for everyone. You can even play anywhere you go thanks to mobile versions of the site on iPhone and Android devices.

That's it for new bingo sites this month but there have been other new bingo sites to launch since Christmas. Have you tried Showreel Bingo yet? This site gives you £20 free play plus a 30 day free trial at LOVEFiLM and 2 free cinema tickets. You can even win a guaranteed bonus of between £10 and £2500 when you Spin the Wheel. This film inspired bingo site runs on it's own unique software so is ideal for players bored of seeing the same old stuff time and again.

Robin Hood Bingo (NEW)

Robin Hood Bingo was also new for 2012, this bingo site is based on that old rogue Robin Hood and has a high quality finish and features 4 days free bingo for new members as well as £15 free bonus when you deposit just £5. Robin Hood Bingo runs on Dragonfish software but stands out from the crowd with it's own independent games and promotions, definitely one to try.

As long as there's a market for online bingo, there will always be new bingo sites. You can now play any time, anywhere on your mobile phone and it won't be long until there's improvements on this feature. Watch this space for the latest news on all the new, biggest and best bingo sites.

I joined golden pound bingo,I tried to deposit £10 from Paypal 4 times I got (error000 try again)so I did no joy so I logged out, later when I logged in I found I had deposited £40, now when I went to the HELP on the site I said what had happened, the person on help said it had been happening for a couple of days, now through no fault of mine, the site hangs on to my £30 for 2 working days and its about 4-5 working days for it to go back to my bank, the tickets all seem really expensive, but I made the best of it,then when i bought 24x5p tickets it maxed out cost me over £6 I would not recommend this site to anyone there are plenty of great sites out there this is not one of them.
