Bingo Site Closures - Bye Bye Babingo and Paparazzi Bingo
UK Bingo News , Babingo , Paparazzi Bingo Add a commentIt has been announced today by St Minver that two of the bingo sites powered by their software platform are closing.
Babingo and Paparazzi bingo are closing on the 14th November. St Minver have sent an e-mail stating that the sites revenue's didn't meet their standards which basically means in english they didn't bring in enough players.
Paparazzi bingo was run by "Mr Paprazzi" aka Darryn Lyons who runs a celebrity picture agency called "Big Pictures". I have to admit I didn't really understand the angle Paparazzi bingo were taking, I think they were trying to combine celeb gossip and bingo, both quite a similar market but there are already womens magazines doing this on other bingo software platforms and doing it very well - "Closer" bingo and "Pick me up" bingo to name a few.
Babingo is a very colourful site and I can't really see any reason why it hasn't performed well apart from the sheer amount of bingo sites that are appearing now maybe making it too competitive for them.
It just goes to show you can't afford to be lazy now with your promotions, competitions and jackpots!
