The Carnival started out as a local festival set up by the West Indian community in Notting Hill. These days it’s a full on Caribbean carnival and attracts millions of visitors each year.
The carnival features many amazing floats, steel drum bands as well as hundreds of stalls lining the streets of Notting Hill. Some say this is the most exciting annual event in London, I’ve never been but it certainly sounds like fun.
