Aug 17, 2010 at 5:08 AM i signed up 2 neteller but when my card expired and i wanted to put my new card details on it wouldn't let me as you can only use 1 card for ur account unless u upgrade.I found it to be a nightmare tying to register a new card so i gave up in the end
