Forget the World Cup for a minute, it’s almost time for Wimbledon and to celebrate the event Giggle Bingo is running a special tennis promo. Between Monday 21st and Wednesday 30th June the Tennis Week Giveaway will see players win £6360 in BBz.
Here’s some Wimbledon facts to get you in the mood for Tennis week don’t thank us, Giggle were responsible for the following facts:
• The very first Wimbledon event took place in 1877, and was populated by amateurs. The Men’s Singles was the only event-type taking place at that early stage. Spencer Gore won his way to victory from amongst 22 others, with only a couple of hundred onlookers watching the whole thing.
• Seven years later, in 1884, Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles finally became official at Wimbledon.
• There are 20 grass courts available at the Wimbledon grounds, as well as five indoor courts for club members, five red shale courts and four clay courts.
• This year, there will be around 200 ball girls and boys traipsing around the courts.
If you want to take part in Tennis Week make sure you visit Giggle Bingo between 21st and 30th June, games will play daily and the schedule will give you all the info you need to start planning which bingo games you’ll be playing.
If you get a Full House in one of these special games you will win £3 BBz, two lines will get you an extra £2 BBz and one line will get you an extra £1 BBz. You don’t need to do anything to qualify for Tennis Week as long as you’re a registered player who has recently funded your account. Enjoy!
